One of my favorite parts about being a photographer…

Is getting to capture moments like these as moms and families prepare to welcome a new family member into their lives. New life is something so special and something to be celebrated, and one of the best ways is with a maternity session. I get so many moms that tell me they aren’t photogenic and hate having their picture made but really want to have maternity pictures to remember this time in their lives. I promise you, you will never regret that decision. This season goes by so fast and is worth documenting. Your boys changes on the outside but even more so the inside is changing as well as you prepare to become someone’s mother, caregiver and provider.

i tell moms over and over agin to not worry about posing during our time together. I will always prompt you and guide with you with the most photogenic poses. I also provide a client closet with dresses of all styles and sizes so you don’t have to worry about purchasing a dress to wear once. Additionally, I’m here to help with styling for the entire family so you don't have to worry about what your significant other will wear. My job is to take the stress out of your session.

We were also able to do our session at one of my favorite spots in the Kansas City metro. Heritage Park is beautiful during this time of year and is the perfect backdrop for any session at sunset.
