Newborn Session Info

As a mom myself, I totally get the stress that comes with having pictures taken.

But like you, I also understand how important it is to capture the newness of your newest family member before they start to grow and change. Every step of my experience is designed to help you to feel more comfortable and relaxed and as you snuggle your  tiny miracle all while giving you memorable images that you can treasure forever. From providing a gorgeous, light filled studio to a full client closet to help you feel beautiful, each part is uniquely designed with you and your baby in mind, My purpose is to provide you with an experience and memories that you can look back on for years to come. Because the true value of a photo is so much more than just a pretty picture.

These special sessions take place in a natural light studio within roughly 7 to 28 days after you deliver and last 1.5 to 2 hours. All sessions include complementary use of my client closet for moms. I have dozens of dresses that are perfect for postpartum. I also provide everything needed for your newborn, including headbands, wraps, blankets, newborn outfits and baskets. As far as styling for dads and siblings, I can assist with helping you coordinate outfits and colors beforehand. My goal is to create beautiful images in a relaxing environment. The first portion of our time together will include family photos with mom and dad and any siblings. Then the second portion of your session is photos of just your newborn. These tend to be more posed with wraps although I will not manipulate your newborn into unnatural poses. Again, I provide everything needed so that all you have to do is show up and snuggle your baby. Your session on my calendar, it’s just a $99 nonrefundable retainer, which comes off the balance. The remainder would be due 48 hours prior to your session.
